This past weekend Stereosonic Festival rolled through Perth, Australia on one of its stops. While thousands were dancing and hundreds were getting arrested for drugs, one man decided to have a little fun with attendees and dressed up like Steve Aoki. He already bears a striking resemblance to one of the “iconic” figures in “EDM” and over the course of three hours dozens of people requested pictures and selfies with him. He even goes into the crowd while the real Steve is on stage and confuses everyone.
Although this impostor did a great job, he wasn’t wearing a shirt with his own face on it and he didn’t throw cake at a single person. Dead giveaways that this was not THE Steve Aoki.
Ps. did anyone else immediately think of this video when they heard all those Aussies yelling “Steve!”
