In a shitty turn of events. YouTube has killed Streamus. The Google extension that made it possible to quickly load music from YouTube and organize it in clean manner, all within a small interface button conveniently located in the corner of the Chrome browser; only one click away.
Personally, I used it all the time and had a ton of fun popping in terms like “Maroon 5 remix” or “best remixes of future bass” and be amazed and entertained at the intelligent order it’s search function would deliver. And of course, there was the hours of music listening, even playing if the browser was closed, if you wanted.
Cheers to you, Sean Anderson, for putting in the hours of work to make the world’s music listening more personalized and euphoric, even if it was only for a short time.
