For the past two years, festival goers have made the trek to northern Wisconsin to party at the Somerset Amphitheater for Summer Set Music & Camping Festival. Today, SSMF has released their first phase of artists for their 2014 killer lineup and it includes some major artists; Bassnectar, Wu-Tang Clan, Big Gigantic, Chromeo, RL GRIME, Figure, Schoolboy Q, Chance the Rapper, Datsik, Cherub, Claude Vonstroke, Cedric Gervais, Green Velvet, Flying Lotus, and The Disco Biscuits.
SSMF has also expanded their festival grounds to accommodate more fans this year. This year will also feature a new stage called the EDM Tent, which will be located behind the Saloon Stage. Campers can also experience the new “The Woods VIP Camping Experience,” which features early entry, private restrooms and showers, VIP staff, access to VIP viewing stages, tickets to the after parties, and much more. Festival organizers listened to what you said on social media and in surveys and have promised increased capacity of The Groove Stage, additional water sources, better traffic flow between stages, and even more.
