Creativity like this is what is so beautiful about electronic dance music, where music transcends original genres and speaks to new fan bases. Our homies Synchronice, who we featured on last week’s Spectrum of Sound, released this video as a teaser for their new EP ‘Just Because‘, which is slated to be released for free later this month.
Turning ‘We Are Never Getting Back Together’ into a melodic dubstep grinder couldn’t have been an easy task; I can hear the haters chirping now. If the production wasn’t so top notch from start to finish, you might be able to make the argument that this was simply an effort for promotional buzz, however, I am reluctant to entertain such talks. Believe that this will be on repeat and that the ladies of edm will undoubtedly fall in love.
