I’m a sucker for a good remix and today is a good day for a remix. Louis Futon and Louis the Child have teamed up to remix Childish Gambino’s “Telegraph Ave.” The song by itself is a stand-alone hit Childish wrote about reconciling with an old flame. The original release of “Telegraph Ave” was on the Because The Internet album in 2013.
Louis Futon and Louis the Child have taken slow paced “Telegraph Ave” and have breathed a new life into it. With Louis the Child themed drops and a Louis Futon themed pacing the whole remix comes together to bring this 2013 hit into 2017. Louis Futon and Louis the Child have been on tour together and three guys in the back of the tour bus asked their fans what song they should flip together. The “Telegraph Ave” remix came alive in a “beat making challenge.” after the guys were inspired by a fans suggestion to flip some Childish.
