The Chainsmokers Perform "#Selfie" on American Idol [Video]

Last week Drew and Alex, The Chainsmokers, took over American Idol in an effort to take a lot of selfies. The duo boasted their hit single, “#Selfie,” in front of seven million viewers that tuned in by running around the crowd and taking pictures with everyone, including the judges. Seeing this pairing on television is huge for electronic dance music and pays tribute to the categories growth into mainstream music over the last few years.
