Over the last few months The Chainsmokers’ hit song “#Selfie” has taken over the world. Just recently the hype for the recorded started to calm down, however, thanks to Botnek’s reinvention we have another few months of “#Selfie” to enjoy through a different lens. I’m telling you, every DJ will be playing this rendition within the next few weeks. Botnek are known for creating brutal remixes, have you heard their cut of Martin Garrix’s “Animals”? These dudes know how to make party music.

If their intentions were to kill the track, they murdered it – in the best way possible. We first heard their remix at EDCNY when Adventure Club dropped it as one of their first selections. After that we couldn’t help but slot it as #1 on in out “7 Stand Out Tracks From EDC New York” article. Below you can read what the duo had to say about their rework.
