Showcasing a stark contrast to the over-saturated field of poppy Chainsmoker remixes, DMND City went the minor chord route, styling a touching, introverted twist on the original “Somebody.” DMND City has recently hit a growth spurt on Code Red Music as his relationship grows with the label and the founding artist Marcus Schossow. Past releases like his “Tell Me Why” and “White Lies” remixes on the label still continuing consistent rotation today and show DMND is here to stay.
