Saturday 11th March sees The Playground welcome techno legend Vitalic to South London intimate venue Electric Brixton to follow the release of his new electroclash album ‘Voyager’ earlier this year. French artist Pascal Arbez’s single from this EP called “Waiting For The Stars” was a mixture of electro and techno featuring Manchester house DJ David Shaw and The Beat.
Despite this cross-genre track exploding in the charts, Vitalic is not new to this as “La Rock 01” from 2001 reached electronic heights, in addition to the reemergence “Poison Lips” last year. The Playground will also welcome synthwave’s Com Truise, or otherwise known as Seth Haley, who been in the business for just over a year now.
American electronic artist Lorn and GASS founder Mamiko Motto will also play sets, spinning their recent hits and remixing classics. Buy your tickets here.
