Rising techno producers The Reactivitz and Atroxx have teamed up to unleash their relentless collaboration, Optical Converter.
Out now on Sian’s Octopus Recordings, Optical Converter is a four-track powerhouse that drives hard fast and furiously, delivering massive kicks, trippy synth lines, and agonizing pounds to the chest that will leave you with very few moments to spare for air. While both producers have expressed the immense amount of energy and time that went into making Optical Converter, the results speak for themselves; each track’s production demonstrates skill and craftsmanship of a caliber well beyond the producers’ years and is solid gold. This EP in its entirety is destined to raise hell on warehouse dancefloors worldwide and aggressively shake up the industry flow.
Before hitting the studio to work on Optical Converter, the two comrades joined forces on their Suara hit “Black Rune” earlier this year and Double Action EP in the spring of 2018. As individual producers, the Lyonnais The Reactivitz has been turning heads with releases on labels like Toolroom, 1605, and Filfth on Acid, just to name a few. Meanwhile, Montreal’s Atroxx is no stranger to us, as we’ve been closely following the talent since his massive 2018 Kraftek release “Anvil” hit the techno circuit. Since then, the Starskream label head has dropped a number of beauties like “Between Realms,” “1965,” “Make You Dance,” and “In Stereo.”
