Multi-faceted married duo The Two Fake Blondes are back once again after releasing an album that was nothing short of successful. Now, they’ve tapped their friend Deadman to flip a track off that very album via “Song For When Ur Saddd.” The tune is catchy and certainly bringing a balance of Deadman’s style and the core elements of the original.
Within the remix, a fast-paced energy comes to the table and adds a more melodies energy to the track. The momentum begins to rise as the song leads into the drop, a combination of beautifully placed basslines and euphoric cut-up vocals being apart of the spice of what’s at hand here.
Here is what Deadman had to share in relation to the track:
“This remix is special to me. I often use music as a way to process life, and wrote this remix at a time when I was feeling very sad. So, I focused all of that emotion and tried to create the happiest sounding ‘smiley face energy’ of a song that I could. Making this remix helped me find a smile again, and I hope it does the same for everyone that hears it 100 times over. After all, it is a song for when you’re sad!”
From support on radio to support by names like Don Diablo, Steve Aoki, and Ultra Music Festival, The Two Fake Blondes are brings a fresh brand and new a new energy to dance music.
