Rising artists Thoma, aka Tristan and Benjamin, knew the feeling of completeness was coming when the final bits of “No Resolution” came to a finish. The single was a work in progress as the two hovered over knobs and keyboard trying to bring of a rich tech inspired sound the duo are building a foundation on. “No Resolution” is an expression of what’s been discovered musically thus far for Thoma, containing multiple shades of moods and great structure. Thoma certainly have more up their sleeve if this what they’re capable of thus far.
Tristan de Liège (formerly Stratus) and Benjamin Hill (Askanse) seek to “bring together their creative abilities and challenge themselves beyond their solo efforts” as Thoma. Currently living in Los Angeles but inspired by Detriot techno, Thoma continue on their journey of reaching fans and exploring what the alias means to them.
