Happy Thursday! It feels like this week has flown by and we couldn’t be more excited as our favorite day of the week is here (yes, really). Last week on Throwback Thursday we showcased the talent of the Coconut Kid aka Michael Brun on his remix of Calvin Harris’ “Thinking About You”. Stay tuned for another Brun track to appear in the future as we couldn’t believe we waited until week 22 to feature one of his productions.
Another artist we feel is much overdue to have a track featured in Throwback Thursday is none other than Dubvision. The two Dutch brothers have long been active on Axwell’s Axtone label and this week we’re featuring a lesser known remix done by the duo, “Summertime”. Released before their massive collaboration with Sander Van Doorn on “Into The Light”, Dubvision released this remix in 2013 before the spotlight was truly shining on them. It’s the kind of throwbacks we love to feature on this series and we’re happy to introduce (or reintroduce) it back into your listening library.
