When ID&T announced that TomorrowWorld would be coming to Atlanta, the dance music world was frantic with excitement that the US would be getting another premiere music festival. All of the allure and excitement surrounding Tomorrowland is because of the number of acts and level of production.
Yet their first voyage to Bouckaert Farm is lackluster and it’s concerning. Tomorrowland attracts an international audience, why would anyone outside of the area travel to the hills of Atlanta? Not to mention they’re facing intense competition from Steve Angello’s ‘Size In The Park 2.0’ that’s taking place the same weekend in New York City. It’s crucial for TomorrowWorld’s success to be able to pull people from that area.
For those camping out, you’re going to be treated to a warm-up party sponsored by CounterPoint Music Festival and the guys at MCP Presents. Highlights include Vicetone, GRiZ and HeRobust.
