When it comes to festivals, TomorrowWorld is the grand prize. Acts like Tiesto, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, The Chainsmokers are enough to pull EDM fans together on it’s own, but what TomorrowWorld has delivered is a plethora of acts that make the jaw drop.
But one segment of artists that typically don’t get the spotlight are smaller acts featured toward the bottom of the lineup. To put it blatantly, undercard artists are the headliners of tomorrow and there are few things better than discovering a young underground artist, watching them give it all and soon see them sell out shows and fests.
We checked out all of the TW lineup and reviewed some of our favorites playing at TomorrowWorld 2015. If you love undiscovered gems and surprisingly mind-blowing sets, this list is a must-see for TomorrowWorld 2015.
Astronautica
Coming in at number 6 is LA based Astronautica. Her smooth, bass style will bring a nice mellow vibe to TomorrowWorld. “Flipside” is a staple of her style and showcases what Astronautica is all about.
Bassjackers
Hammering their way into the number 5 spot is Bassjackers. Their bold and energetic take on popular songs won over the likes of Spinnin’ Records and many more. A beautiful example of this is found in their hit remix of “Savior.” Bassjackers is adjusting well to the trends of 2015 electronic, and his fame is showing for it.
Protohype
At number 4 is Protohype, one of the more popular artists on this list with 125k followers on Soundcloud. His hard hitting bass mixed with a classic dubstep style will make Protohype a crowd favorite come showtime, especially for the bass hungry. Checkout his most recent release directly above.
Rezz
Rezz,is one of the most ambiguous on the list but, come festival time, will be one of the sickest sounds you hear. Her unique style sets her apart from most, Rezz’s hard-hitting sounds will have listeners bobbing their head to the rhythm in no time. Check out her most popular release above.
Space Jesus
Space Jesus takes the number 2 for his incredible futuristic themed music. I can attest his music is quite popular among the lunar and martian people. You’ve never heard space themed music like this before, his song “Freakquency” provides all you need to know about Space Jesus in one song.
Touch Sensitive
Finally for the number 1 spot is Australian-based Touch Sensitive. Listen above for sweeping vocals and a groovy melody guaranteed to send chills down your spine.
