Trillectro Music Festival Returns To Washington D.C. On August 17th

As described on their website, Trillectro Music Festival is “the sweet spot where cultures converge”. Trillectro Music Festival is a one-day music festival, emphasized around the theme of combining hip-hop and electronic music. Taking place in downtown Washington D.C., it features some of the biggest names in trap, moombahton, hip-hop, rap, and more. This is only the second year of the festival but already they are making huge noise in the DMV area and beyond.

Lineup

This year’s lineup will feature some huge names, such as: Nadastrom, Carnage, Salva, special guest Wale, and much more. Though the event lasts only for a day, it’ll be a party the entire time with some of the best in trap, hip-hop and more.

Venue

The Trillectro Music Festival grounds are located across from the centerfield gate of the Washington Nationals’ Stadium. The actual address is 1299 Half Street SE, Washington DC, 20003 for those using GPS.

Modeled after Brooklyn’s Dekalb Market, this unique and spacious venue reuses salvaged shipping containers to surround a main stage, bar areas, tents and gaming space for a dynamic retail and entertainment experience. – Trillectro Website

If traveling by Metro, the grounds are located literally right across from the Navy Yard – Ballpark Metro (Green Line) stop. You can also walk down M Street from the Southwest Waterfront (Green Line) stop.

Experience

Trillectro hits the nail on the head. Not only will you have the chance to witness some of the best artists in the game today spinning and spitting live, but additionally there will be live painting, moon bounces, food and clothing vendors, sponsored brand lounges and more.

Tickets

For a lineup of this caliber, Trillectro Music Festival tickets are a STEAL. The current level of general admission tickets are only 39$ (plus fees) with the next level being 49$ (plus fees). Presale VIP tickets are only 100$ (plus fees, and wow what a deal) with the next two levels respectively being 115$ (plus fees) and 125$ (plus fees). For a one-day festival of this magnitude, this is really a great deal and should not be passed up.
