Reasonably enough, you may be sick of hearing DVBBS and Borgeous’ festival banger, “Tsunami”, with it having been played innumerable times at the majority of dance music events this past year. However, this stunning piano cover by Jutenks begs you to open your mind a little, and experience this tune in a whole new way.
It is always compelling to hear live-instrument interpretations of electronic music, and especially interesting to hear such a popular song voiced in some mellifluous keys, which greatly juxtapose the hard-hitting, big-room style of the original. There is no doubt that Jutenks has a remarkable talent for translating well-known dance music tracks into gorgeous piano arrangements, having previously posted a cover of Martin Garrix’ infamous tune, “Animals“, as well as David Guetta and Kid Cudi’s “Memories“.
