If you ever a need a sure fire way to make a name for yourself, then being behind the boards for a hot remix is certainly the ideal start. Even better when the track you’re remixing is already quite the big deal: Maverick’s hit “Pull The Strings”, featuring vocalist Selah Sue, was one of the slow burner hits of earlier this year and now it’s down to a mostly unknown prospect called Tunaki to breathe new life into the track.
Blending splashes of Eastern influences with rattling drums and syncopated bass, Tunaki’s remix of “Pull The Strings” pushes it in a new direction while still keeping in tune with the powerful vocals of Selah Sue.
