Romania’s Untold Festival has announced their second wave of artists for their 2019 event.
After names such as David Guetta, Bastille, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Martin Garrix and more have already been confirmed, we were more than looking forward to see who would help complete the festival’s 5-year-anniversary lineup.
It seems that Armin van Buuren will keep the promise made to fans and will return to Cluj-Napoca, but he’s not coming alone. The DJ will bring his friends to a World Exclusive Show. What does that mean exactly? We’re not entirely sure, but we’re eager to find out! After playing for over 7 hours, it looks like Armin is bringing even more fantasy to the Romanian stage.
The announcement also revealed that Armin’s surprise will not be the only one. 3 Are Legend, the Steve Aoki and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike trio, has also been confirmed to play this year. Individual sets from the two acts have been featured at the fest before, but now fans will have the chance to see them perform together. Don Diablo and Tujamo are also returning this year, along with W&W who were at Untold back in 2016.
Live acts fans can’t complain either, with Tove Lo, Tinie Tempah, Stormzy and even American rapper Busta Rhymes being part of the lineup this year. Other announced names include Jamie Jones B2B Martinez Brothers, Joseph Capriati, Seth Troxler, Paul Kalkbrenner, and Dub FX.
So far, the lineup seems to feature a bit of everything for everyone, but from what the organizers have said, this is not the end. We’re awaiting more names to be added to this year’s list as the festival’s 5th anniversary is said to be legendary.
