With first single “Focus,” behind him, it’s onto “Future,” featuring the trap-based talents of UZ. The single is the 2nd from UZ that is putting his new album Trinity, more and more on the map. Both singles “Focus” and “Future,” are now out with the album set to drop October 22nd on his own label Quality Goods Records.
In comparison to “Focus,” this single features more of a melancholy nature, a bit slower, stretched and experimental. Yet, it’s not without that dark, classic trap feel that UZ’s songs have, inclusion sonic elements that are head-bobbing and confidence-inducing. Blaring brass horns take over your speakers as the sheer power of what UZ is about come forward here full force.
A trap pioneer, an influential figure, and label owner/found, UZ is a many of many hats and a staple of the scene. Well-appreciated by artists and fans alike, UZ’s roll forward toward his album release, an anticipated date to say the least.
