This is pretty much the man who needs no intro, Vanic, the man has so many millions of plays on his releases it’s hard to even keep up with it all. For me “Samurai,” Vanic’s latest hit, is the peak of the electronic underground scene sounds mixing with mainstream sounds of today – Vanic seems to be able to tap into the perfect balance of the two.
Which makes me ever more excited that he is coming to LA on December 2nd at El Rey Theatre. The house is sure to be packed given Vanic’s sharp spike in success this year, yet it has been building momentum over the course of several months that led to this explosion.
The overall feel of his music is uplifting, empowering, and just feels good all around, these themes are only going to be expanded more so during the live show, an event that will be starting at 8PM.
Steve James is in a similar boat as Vanic, but more on the chill side. The solo artist based in LA has also been clocking in over a million plays on his releases. Singles like “In My Head” and “Renaissance” are the type of chill house-meets-indie vibes that people know and love from him.
