Electronic dance music behemoth Vitalic, otherwise known as Pascal Arbez, has mixed ‘El Viaje’ from his most recently released album Voyager . This version still retains its buzzing electronic beats and takes you on a ‘trip’, as per the song’s namesake. However, the addition of the Spanish lyrics and a funkier, relaxed beat makes the track more melodious and memorable.
Since 2012’s Rave Age, Vitalic has been a true provider of music that encapsulates ‘old school new wave’. Being known to kill it when it comes to crossing and merging genres, the past few years have been exceedingly successful for Vitalic with a number of shoulder-shrugging releases. Arbez’s new record will become highlights on many a foggy dancefloor worldwide and this vibe is sure to continue with newer tracks, as was seen with the reemergence of ‘Poison Lips’ last year.
