Destined for greatness in the world of music, Brandon Walschlager is a rising artist with his own unique style of house. This young talent began producing when he was only 12 years old and dove into experimenting with different DAWs (Digital Audio Workstation) during his teenage years. Through this, he discovered his passion for DJing, but sadly a house fire destroyed all of his equipment and almost his life. Showing his resilience and willpower, Walschlager started back at square one, making beats with just his laptop.
A true success story, Walschlager cultivated his signature sound in LA and made his project a reality. Although he is relatively new to the scene, Walschlager has already received support from top-tier artists like Whipped Cream, ALRT, Jynx, and more. His music was even played out at Lost Lands 2022, hyping up a massive crowd. Refusing to slow down, Walschlager returns with his brand new single “Bounce”.
Sharing the inspiration behind “Bounce”, Walschlager says, “I really wanted to create something that had a fun after-hours/underground vibe while bending the track to 100 (bpm) revealing this sexier mid-tempo drop giving a bounce that’s just too enticing to not want more of.” What Walschlager is referring to is when he slows “Bounce” from 125 to 100 bpm in a sensational mid-tempo change-up. Later in the track, he reintroduces the faster house bassline, taking his listeners on a roller coaster ride of emotion. Embodying a spellbinding looped vocal, dark drums, and invigorating effects, “Bounce” highlights Walschlager’s outside-the-box sound design and creativity.
