Ookay took to Twitter today to voice his frustration about not being given credit for a remix he created with Diplo of Avicii’s “You Make Me”. He has since deleted the tweets, which makes us believe that a reasoning is on the way. Roughly a month ago Diplo uploaded a preview of their record, which properly credited Ookay. However, today the their cut was released on iTunes and Ookay’s name is missing.
We don’t see why Ookay shouldn’t get credit, and didn’t get credit, and we can clearly understand why he is upset. I’m sure this is yet another misunderstanding within the EDM world.
