Amsterdam’s finest DJ’s Yellow Claw have dropped another fire track from upcoming album Los Amsterdam set to be released at the end of this month. Dance aficionados Jim Aasgier and Nizzle join rapper Quavo, better known as Migos, British legend Tinie Tempah and fellow Dutch producer Cesqeaux to create this killer track. What Yellow Claw do best is merging different genres like hip hop, trap and moombahton; this is perfectly showcased in this new release.
‘Stacks’ starts off with heavy kicks and slowly builds up to Tinie Tempah’s legendary narrative-style lyrics, definitely one for the headbangers among us and fits into the rest of Los Amsterdam that has been released so far. Yellow Claw also released the collaboration with DJ Snake and Elliphant called ‘Good Day’, which is a more mellow and lyrical piece in comparison.
Yellow Claw has definitely been on a journey through the electronic industry, starting off in the headlights being signed to Diplo’s label Mad Decent to playing on BBC Radio 1 and performing at Tomorrowland. After signing to Spinnin’ Records, they released their first international single ‘Shotgun’, featuring vocals from Dutch singer Rochelle which ended up charting.
