By now you should know ZAXX, a young producer based in Staten Island, New York. The kid is constantly showing off his talent through free releases and has seen a lot of praise from well established artists, such as Borgore and Martin Garrix. I had the pleasure of speaking with him briefly at EDC New York and it’s clear to me that he’s very dedicated and focused on his craft. His latest release, titled “ZILLA,” pays tribute to one of his favorite monsters and childhood heroes, Godzilla. This four and a half-minute journey hosts an infectious melody which leads into a unique climax that could inspire a main stage festival sized crowd to start jumping.
