Following a full rebrand, 5oh8 team up with KVL and Braveboy to deliver a truly diverse and powerful EP. Two Worlds is comprised of four tracks (including a tone-setting prelude) and fuses unique elements of SOCA, future bass, and trap. The aim of the contributing artists was to blend elements from Trinidad and Tobago sounds alongside Boston-bass vibes to create a cultured and festival-ready release.
The duo formerly known as VOVIII, as previously mentioned, underwent a brand change shifting the focus of their sound and look. 5oh8, from just outside Boston, built their name on their energetic and aggressive style, achieved a SoundCloud viral hit with BVRNOUT entitled “Apache,” and gained support from outlets like Trap Nation. With the change at hand and with a strong resume under their belt, the future contains limitless potential.
