The other day I published the 2008 flashback mix that TyDi did for InTheMix, if you haven’t heard it yet you’re serious missing out. His hour long set boasts some of the most emotional records of that year – you’ll hear track like Gabriel & Dresden’s remix of Markus Schulz’s “Without You Near” and Nic Chagall’s “This Moment.”
Though, I digress, this week has been great as I also received Tyson’s bootleg of Alesso’s “Heroes” in my inbox. His cut is a step to the left of what you’ll find on his last two album because it’s extremely dance focused and seemingly meant for the party-rocking nightclub environment. His bootleg hosts a hint of electro with severe vocal cuts, builds and melodies. I think I enjoy his rendition more than the original. What do you think?
