This morning, EDM fans awoke to the news that one-half of house champions Bingo Players, Paul Bäumer had passed away last night. Since the news in July that the legendary producer who helped make huge hits such as “Cry (Just a Little)” and “Rattle” was battling cancer, the Bingo Players seemed to still have been going full force at upcoming projects such as their monthly podcast Hysteria Radio and having instrumental involvement in other releases on their Hysteria record label.
Throughout the day, people have been saying their respects via social media. The community truly mourned together for this tragedy in music.

It’s devastating to lose one someone that for years has taught us to “get up!”, “don’t blame the party”, and that it’s okay to “cry just a little”. Rest in Peace Paul Bäumer, you will be missed by many.
