Erupting onto the experimental bass scene, Birmingham native Black Carl! is exponentially growing his influence across EDM. 2022 has been a stand-out year for the blossoming artist, with memorable performances at prime nightlife venues and festivals throughout the U.S. Black Carl! has shocked massive crowds at the likes of Ubbi Dubbi, Okeechobee, SONIC BLOOM, and more. His unique infusion of penetrating beats and raw on-stage energy will soon be witnessed on an international scale.

Having worked and performed alongside Black Carl!, Saka is another producer who is pushing the boundaries of bass music. In fact, he and Black Carl! have been journeying across the U.S. on a 30+ date tour over the last few months. Sponsored by Zeds Dead’s Deadbeat label, the venture aligns with their new incredible EP release, “Rush Hour”.

Sharing the story behind “Rush Hour”, Black Carl! says, “when Eric (Saka) and I first met, we joked that we should make a song called “Rush Hour.” Three years later we got to play the biggest tour of our careers, we’re putting out the Rush Hour EP on DeadBeats, and Zeds Dead played our title track at Red Rocks. It’s hard to believe, but we’re so thankful for the support of our fans, friends, and family who got us to this point.”
