Brohug have definitely been bringing some serious heat this year, quickly gaining the title of one of EDM’s hottest trios. Known for their innovative take on bass house music, members John Dahlback, Nick Lunde, and Christopher Lunde have created a signature sound that is here to disrupt any sort of conformity. Now, they are bringing their exceptionally unique sound to Tiësto’s Musical Freedom label with their latest single, “Ambush.” The track tiptoes forward on a gradual build-up, right before soaring into action with a bass-pumping beat and the kind of bouncy energy the group is known for. Never ones to stay inside the lines, Brohug lay down a reviving dance track that demands your full attention and a good speaker system.
