Cheat Codes is pop/EDM trio based out of LA. In the last couple of years, they have been on the rise. Clocking in with over 15 million monthly spotiify streams its easy to see how this trio is on top of their game and showing no signs of slowing down. In just 2019 alone, this group has collaborated with Steve Aoki, Kaskade, Afrojack and a load of other artists.
Their new track “Highway” is a bubblegum dance track touching on some tropical house vibes. Its layered with lyrics reminiscent for a time of being young broke and in love. The track starts out with an auto-tuned vocal bit layered with an upbeat guitar pluck before leading into the first verse. Next we get delivered a chorus that delivers my fluffy pop lyrics with the “millennial whoop” in full swing. Next song takes a turn to a dance- hall/latin style going into second verse only to conclude with the chorus repeating again and again with a break before it repeats again and again.
On top of their millions of streams, Cheat Codes are also scheduled to be on the roster for EDC Guangdong, China. November 23-24 2019. If you’re making the journey out to the far East, we can count on Cheat Codes to serve us their trendiest pop-fused commerical EDM. This is the second time that EDC will be in Guangdong China. The venue is located at the Chimelong International Tourist Resort. Just across the boarder from Macau. For those interested in traveling the globe for this massive expansion of the EDC festival circuits; you can guarantee an experience unlike anything that you have seen before.

If you are curious of how to get to Chimelong, the venue is located just South of Macau. You will have to cross the boarder into Zhuhai, China which means that you will need to get your Chinese Visa. Good news about the Visa is that for US Citizens, they can last up to ten years.
