No it’s not another mega-sized EDM club, but you should expect similar levels of extravagance that you’ve come to know from Marquee. Other than that however – we’re not sure what will exactly happen at Rose.Rabbit.Lie. It’s not a nightclub, it’s not a bar, nor is it a restaurant. Rose.Rabbit.Lie is a social club with dining and entertainment elements, a play on the typical expectations for a night out in Sin City.
“Rose.Rabbit.Lie. is for a curious guest who’s looking for something much more interactive than a nightclub or a show or a restaurant — it’s a new genre,” says Cosmopolitan CEO John Unwin. “We’re creating an entirely new way to spend your evening.”

While the idea of a social club isn’t entirely new, it does break from the trend of being overly EDM friendly like most of the other hotels have become. Having Marquee and offering another option to their guests is another way for The Cosmopolitan to stand out in the hyper-competitive market that is Las Vegas. The culinary portion will be handled by Coastal Luxury Management, while the design is behind handled by AvroKo. It isn’t known what type of entertainment will be offered at the club.
“Guests are surrounded by the evening and become part of the experience the moment they arrive,” says Unwin. “There’s a storytelling element to all of this, as in, ‘You had to be there.’ It’s an intangible, like putting together a great party.”
Whether the concept will work in the America’s Ibiza is yet to be seen. The grand experiment opens December 2013.
