Last week a french magazine by the name of Tsugi released a new issue with a Daft Punk feature. Tsugi included a new name for a track called ‘Renoma Street’ – when a fan took to twitter to inquire for more info they simply responded, “21/7.”
Could this be the moment we have all been waiting for? It certainly isn’t out of the question. Daft Punk has yet to make any public statements that the group is finished (although they have put production and touring on the backburner), so it’s only a matter of time before they release something new – right? It’s only been 7 years since ‘Human After All’.
As Daft Punk rumors continue to swirl, we can only hope and draw conclusions from the evidence provided. Tsugi is scheduled to release another issue around the same date as the rumor’s expected date. Coincidences like these only make the buildup seem realistic. This rumor would fall right into place with the album release rumor we posted back in March.
