Line-ups for this year’s winter festivals have been announced all over this week, but none so unique as this combination. Kocheda Winter Music Festival in Sakatoon, Saskatchewan features both deadmau5 and 2Chainz, with more artists to be announced. Western Canada’s inaugural event, will be held December 29, 2013 and tickets can be found as low as $59.95 for early-bird prices.
Deadmau5 will be “unhooked” for this event, meaning he won’t have his large mau5cube. Fans will be able to interact with deadmau5 and experience his live performance at a more intimate level without the cube blocking the fans from him. 2Chainz will also be headlining this event, for fans who want a taste of both electronic and hip-hop sounds.
