Deadmau5 just released a new track today titled Cthulhu2 filed under Elderstep on his soundcloud page. It’s a dark tune with a romantic Pink Floyd esque build that drops into a dirty grimy dubbed out mix at around 1:30 in.
On twitter Joel calls it an angry song since Cthulhu has been sleeping so much and he had to wake him up. The track is available for a free download here.
It’s possible that Cthulhu2 is the distant relative or cousin of Cthulhu2 Sleeps (original track) or maybe I’m just stretching for shit.
