For the past year, promotion company Evolve Group has consistently delivered a weekly show every Saturday at club Roxy in Orlando, Florida. Ranging from headlining acts like Dash Berlin and Zed’s Dead to up-and-coming artists like Kill Paris and the Disco Fries, Kontrol has had no shortage of top-shelf talent in its arsenal over its lifespan.
However, with success come natural advancement; Evolve’s name continues to fit their brand as the company expands through risky but rewarding endeavors. While Evolve will still hold shows at club Roxy, the Kontrol series will be moved to another Orlando venue, the Beacham, on June 17th. Located in the heart of downtown Orlando, the Beacham is known for its concert-hall structure and constant stream of live shows.
With Kontrol’s move to the Beacham, Evolve Group plans to redefine the weekly concert series in Orlando. Evolve group co-owner Mike Grinberg states:
“We want to keep a healthy balance of big acts with risk-taking acts. The Beacham is a venue that caters more to live acts with more production”
Kicking off the new Kontrol will be Sander van Doorn and Julian Jordan on June 17th. The Beacham’s proclivity for delivering stellar concerts and Evolve Group’s reputation will contribute to the evolution of Kontrol and the perfection of a weekly concert series in Orlando.
Be on the look-out for upcoming ticket giveaways, starting off with Sander van Doorn on June 17th at the Beacham. The new Kontrol shows will take place every Tuesday night.
