F.A.R.M Fest, a progressive and unique festival in Vernon, N.J. has released their recap video for this year’s experience. We get a nice insight into the background/foundation of the fest from one of the managers, Tim O’Hearen and some personal stories from attendees who all look like they’re having the time of their lives. Who wouldn’t while spending the weekend in the rolling hills of beautiful north Jersey with gorgeous weather and people to compliment the music and art.
Although the video is roughly eight minutes long it doesn’t capture half of the awesomeness that was F.A.R.M Fest. We get a quick peek at the Blacklight jungle gym, the gong circle, and some art being displayed; but that doesn’t do the installments nearly enough justice. There were fire hoopers, live painters, displays, structures, a fire pit, and the people who are art themselves. Everywhere you looked there was something creative and unique to stimulate your mind.
F.A.R.M Fest is, first and foremost, a music festival and the organizers really stepped up this year sonically. EOTO, Papadosio, Liquid Stranger, Phutureprimitive, Bluetech, and Space Jesus were just a few of the recognizable names on the roster. This was a huge step from their 2013 lineup and definitely assisted in the larger turnout that they saw this year. I can only dream of the lineup that next year is going to bring. Check out the bill below and keep the last weekend of July 2015 free so you can make it!
