Super glitch, slight hints of moombah, and long strokes of gritty womped out dubstep. Holy Butch Clancy! Ring a bell? It’s probably due to the ‘Pumped Up Kicks’ remix he did, which went uber viral on the internet (even extrinsic to the scene) – specifically this dance video which used the track.

So many different elements of sound in this remix, jointly creating a unique ambience and captivating me this very moment as I write this. The pulse changes are phenomenal. The moombah kicks are so unexpected yet I welcome them with open arms and salivation. Subtle melodic breakdown is just icing to the cake…and bitches love cake.
