This week #FutureBassFridays is proudly premiering one of Vaski’s sharpest remix creations. The 24 year-old soloist keep’s it soft, light, and poppy with his latest remix of George Maple’s “Talk Talk.” The remixes’ gentle lead-in slowly unwinds the brain, resulting in a surprising reaction once the sudden future bass drop comes through.
Vaski last remix is more than a refreshing throwback, the Minneapolis native took on the likes of The Strokes’ “Machu Picchu,” transforming it into a raw, glitchy good time. The release was featured in our weekly Powerful Picks of the Week series.
Vaski’s “Talk Talk” remix is one for the future bass history books, but wasn’t the only gem to hit the internet this week. After months of nothing, SMLE has finally released something new! This time pairing with LooKas to bring us “6 A.M.” San Holo singles continue to get remixed, Thomas White took to the studio to edit SH’s “Hiding,” turning the vibes up two fold with his new version.
