Bixel Boys Impress With Remix of Golden Features’ “Tell Me”

The Bixel Boys have built an impressive underground style that allows them to shift between different genre elements, and in turn they put out tunes that are different enough to separate them from the rest. I always notice that Bixel sound, be it deep synths or instrumental focused, and I’m always interested when I see they’ve dropped something new.

Their most recent effort, a remix of Golden Features’ “Tell Me,” takes an emotive approach with a bounce-y synth pluck and thick kick drum. Nicole Millar’s vocals are like the icing on the cake as they give you something to sing a long to before you start grooving beyond the climax.
