On April 27th Hardwell kicked off his highly anticipated ‘I AM HARDWELL’ world tour in Amsterdam. His set was used as episode 114 for ‘Hardwell On Air’ and I couldn’t be happier. For me Hardwell was one of the most entertaining and surprising sets at Ultra Music Festival weekend one – whenever I get a chance to listen to him spin I never pass it up.
As I expected, this set is straight fire. He opens with W&W’s banging remix of Armin van Buuren’s ‘This Is What It Feels Like’ before moving on to an edit of one of my favorite tracks, ‘Ladi Dadi’. Which was mixed with ‘Zero 76’ and Pendulum’s ‘The Island’ acappella. Hardwell makes some of the most stunning bootlegs, my favorite in this mix is “Jordy Dazz vs. Linkin Park vs. Chuckie & Glowinthedark — At Night vs. Numb vs. Who Is Ready To Jump (Hardwell Smashup)“.
