Choosing a classic hit to remix can be risky, too many DJs take on the task of reworking epic classics and end up with a dull, amateur production. Hyperbits and Bender’s progressive remix provides a refreshing change of pace to mediocrity. Their house-trance hybrid sound illuminates the vocals of Survivor-singer David Bickler and turns the rock-anthem into a moving electronic narrative. I’m definitely hoping to see these two plan a near-future collaboration.
