It’s fair to say that August 16th can’t come soon enough. Nick Miller aka Illenium will be dropping his third studio album that he has been teasing for months. We’ve received a few snippets of what to expect in tracks like “Takeaway” with The Chainsmokers and “Good Things Fall Apart” with Jon Bellion. It’s likely that most of the tracks on Miller’s newest album will cater to his classic melodic bass style that has defined his musical career.
Even still, Miller knows how to effectively communicate to his harder bass fans and we can expect a couple of throbbing bass tracks like “Blood” Ft. Foy Vance. Just yesterday came the official tracklist for the album and let’s just say we’re not disappointed.
We can expect another collaboration with friend and fellow bass artist, Said The Sky. Additionally, Echos has returned and provided vocals for the track “Every Piece of Me”. We can only speculate as to what to expect from the rest of the album, however if it’s anything like his past albums it’ll surely captivate listeners. Stay tuned for more news on the Ascend album and look out for our official album review in two weeks time.
