At the end of February, we were writing about Joel Fletcher’s new track “Where’s The Love”. When it comes to music, like everything else, there is more than one point of view. That’s why, this time, Fletcher celebrated the track’s success with no less than 5 remixes.
Australian talents Tom Budin, JaySounds, Major Minor, Modern Citizens, and Champion have put their own particular mark on Joel’s track and we couldn’t have asked for better reworks. This time, we’re taking a particular look at “Where’s The Love” in the vision of JaySounds. If you’re thinking JaySounds, you’re thinking bass. “Where’s The Love” already is a well-produced track with just a hint of nostalgia, but with this remix you’ll get all your bass needs fulfilled while keeping close to the original sound.
Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Fletcher began DJing at the ripe age of 14. With a discography that strikes a unique balance between both underground and commercial hits, Joel broke onto the airwaves in 2013 with his collaboration with fellow Melbourne producer Will Sparks, “Bring It Back”. Another highlight includes 4 x platinum smash-hit “Swing” featuring Savage, which reached #2 on the epic ARIA charts, club release Dark Beat, and recently wrapping up another US tour.
The new takes on “Where’s The Love” prove once more that Fletcher’s song is still stuck in our heads and it will remain so for quite a while.
