New to Virgin Germany this week is a fresh listen from the Frenchman and producer Pascal Letoublon. Known best for his 2017 hit “Friendships” as well as “Be With Me,” he channels smooth soul into “Feelings Undercover” and makes his mark on the dance music scene once more.
A well executed collision of upbeat and reflective melodies, “Feelings Undercover” maintains clean progressions throughout and its vocal is nothing short of wonderful. Letoublon explains: “When I created this new song, it was really important for me to find the sweet spot between melancholic and happy melodies, a recipe that was in ‘Friendships’ and one which gives the listener the freedom to interpret the songs.”
