One reason The Polish Ambassador is a favorite of WRR is because of his stance on issues outside of simply the musical side of things. On his recently concluded “Permaculture Action Tour” Polish, Ayla Nereo, Mr. Lif, and the gang gave back to each city they played in; be it through helping local farmers or planting food gardens during an organized “action day”. David Sugalski is one of the true good guys in a scene which desperately needs more artists like him.

Luckily for us Polish is just as good of an artist as he is a human, and we were pleasantly surprised with an early holiday gift when his “Diplomatic Dispatch Volume 2” mixtape dropped this past weekend. Fresh, upbeat selections make up the majority of the hour and a half mix. Keeping you constantly guessing throughout, you won’t know what genre to expect next…even some classic Whitney Houston is dropped at the 14:40 mark.

I love all of [my] tunes. All of [my] albums because they’re a little time piece of how I was experiencing the world over the course of the past decade. They’re my story unfolding in musical form. And as far as I know, the story is just getting started.

I hope when you listen to this mix, you feel that. I also hope this mix serves as a reminder that the people we meet in life are constantly changing and evolving. It’s that evolution and change that keeps the world and our experience within it beautifully fascinating.
