Nothing short of what one would expect from a Monstercat release, UK artist, Rameses B, has just dropped his two-track Dream Catcher EP, and it’s safe to say that it is the definition of a ‘must-hear’ for DnB fans. Skillfully executed, these tracks take on a very chilled, fluid style, with flowing synths, warm pads, as well as distinctive, and vivacious Drum & Bass rhythms. Lush, mellifluous vocals from Charlotte Haining coalesce seamlessly with the uplifting melodies, and grooving percussion patterns, which are then juxtaposed with diverse, and intriguing vocal samples that punctuate the tune.
With both of these ambient tunes being quite evocative, and exhibiting a palpable sense of emotion, this release is clearly demonstrative of Rameses B’s proficiency within the Liquid D&B genre, and will definitely leave fans eager to hear more.
