Ruben de Ronde and Rodg Release Long-Awaited Collaborative Album ‘Togetherr’ on Armada Music

Earlier this year, Ruben de Ronde and Rodg took the stage at A State Of Trance 800 Utrecht and blew away fans with the premiere of their collaborative album, ‘Togetherr’. Just yesterday, the long-awaited album finally saw its release on the esteemed Armada Music label.

‘Togetherr’ is a 16-track collection from the trance elite, made up of dynamic originals and heart warming collaborations featuring the likes of Estiva, Ben Gold, Genix, Ørjan Nilsen, Sir Notch, and more.  The album sets the precedent with “Larger Than Life”, opening with a feel-good track composed of uplifting vocals. The following original, “Booya”, picks up the pace a little, teasing listeners with a fast driven bassline and dropping into a signature Ørjan Nilsen inspired melody.

After listening to the entirety of ‘Togetherr’, two productions stood out amongst the rest, “Forever Searching” with Patrick Baker and “Riptide” with Louise Rademakers. “Forever Searching” carries soothing vocals over a bouncy bassline and plucks, resulting in a beautiful balance of uptempo beat and relatable heartfelt lyrics. “Riptide” has a similar effect, losing you in a wave of sounds, from hard hitting beats to delicate piano chords. The lyrics read, “feel like a riptide pulling me in”, which also accurately illustrates the effect the breathtaking song has on us.

The full album is a synergistic masterpiece of trance and progressive sounds. It’s not often that you listen to an album and enjoy every song, and in this case, we can honestly say that every track is outstanding.
