Sam Lamar Shows His Origins of Major Arcana

Shortly following the release of his lead single “The Hierophant,” which made its debut one week prior, Sam Lamar is back with his full EP Major Arcana: Origins. Released via Black Tiger Sex Machine’s esteemed label, Kannibalen Records, this release dives deeper into the Montreal artist’s mythical bass journey through three mystical heaters. Consistent with his tarot center point, “The Lovers” and “The Chariot” create a fitting follow up to the first single that thirsts our musical quenches.

“The Lovers” is a haunted and romantic tale of orderly oscillations that dive into buoyant, subterranean frequencies. “The Chariot” awaits within the concluding track, where a sinister jester laugh precedes a series of powerful and unearthly space chops.
